Dr Rachel Jellett
BSocSci(Psych), BA(Hons), DPsych(Clin)
Clinical Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor, and Academic/Researcher
Rachel (she/her) centres her practice on providing neurodiversity affirming support to Autistic people, particularly in the adolescent and adult years. She provides assessment and therapeutic services and is a board-approved supervisor available for secondary consultation or training workshops for professionals working in this area.
In both her therapy and assessment work, Rachel uses a gentle approach to create a space where you can feel safe to be seen and heard for who you really are. She works with you to recognise and nurture your needs in a world that is often not designed for neurodivergent minds, promoting your self-awareness, authenticity, and wellbeing.
Rachel completed her Doctor of Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University. She has remained involved in Autism research and has been an invited lecturer on topics including Autistic adults' mental health, and an internalised (often referred to as “female”) presentation of Autism.
